By using the “Ifeelgoods” application (the “Application”) you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy.
What Does This Privacy Policy Cover?
This Privacy Policy covers IFeelGoods's treatment of personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") that IFeelGoods gathers when you access the Application.
What Personal Information Does IFeelGoods Collect?
By downloading and enabling the Application, you are authorizing IFeelGoods to access and store all of the foregoing types of information: information you publicly share via Facebook, your FaceBook profile picture, your Facebook list of friends, your Facebook likes/dislikes, your Facebook wall posts, your Facebook user ID, your email address, and any other information you voluntarily provide to us of otherwise make public via Facebook. To the extent you have set your Facebook privacy settings, the information accessed by IFeelGoods may be private content.
In addition, we may automatically receive and store certain, anonymous types of information whenever you interact with the Application. Such information may include the user's IP address, domain server, and type of Internet browser. This information helps us, among other things, analyze trends and administer the Application. This information is anonymous and contains no personally identifiable data.
How does Ifeelgoods use the information it collects?
Provide Application Services: Your information will be used primarily to provide you with the Application services.
Improve our Products/Services: Your information may be used by us internally to improve our products and/or services.
Advertising: We don't share your Personal Information with advertisers. We provide advertisers with non-personally identifiable attributes we have collected to help provide you with a more relevant advertising experience.
Wall Posts: We may use information you make publicly available via Facebook to make Facebook wall posts on your Facebook page.
Will IFeelGoods Share Any of the Personal Information it Receives?
To the limited extent we collect Personal Information—we neither rent nor sell your Personal Information to anyone. We share your Personal Information only as described below.
Agents: We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf. Your information may be accessed by these partners/employees, in the event that we need to share your information with them to provide our services or customer support to you. Unless we tell you differently, IFeelGoods's agents do not have any right to use Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.
Business Transfers: In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that are transferred. Moreover, if IFeelGoods, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that IFeelGoods goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, customer information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. Conditions of use
If you decide to access or use the Application, such access and use and any possible dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of California state law.
Third party websites and applications
IFeelGoods services may permit you to link to other websites on the Internet, and other websites may contain links to the Application. These other websites are not under IFeelGoods control, and such links do not constitute an endorsement by IFeelGoods of those other websites or the services offered through them. The privacy and security practices of websites linked to or from the Application are not covered by this Privacy Policy, and IFeelGoods is not responsible for the privacy or security practices or the content of such websites.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
IFeelGoods may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes in the way we use Personal Information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our website, or via the Application, or sending you an email. Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses the Application after such changes have been first posted.
